Tapi fikirkanlah semula dengan jumlah pelaburan yang bakal anda laburkan dengan yuran untuk menyertai kursus ini...tidak sampai atau kurang dari 4%. Jadi fikirkanlah ilmu yang bakal diperolehi dalam kursus kami ini nanti...lakukan langkah yang bijak...jangan salahgunakan modal anda...kami akan berkongsi pengalaman dalam ternakan ini....telefon segera untuk pengesahan tempat.

TOYOTA NEW MODEL! TOYOTA RUSH!!







Wahh....hebat...model baru TOYOTA..baru launch hari ni...saya harap benda ni akan membakar semangat para penternak macam saya ni untuk berusaha dengan lebih kuat...sapat beli model baru ni...hehehe...oklah..anyway terima kasih bebanyak pada sponsor saya...En. Kambing Panggang..Kambing Golek!!!

Panggang Kambing/Kambing Panggang...memana pun bolehla...
(spit-roasted or oven-roasted lamb)

The quantities suggested here for the marinade will be sufficient fora lamb leg or shoulder or about 16 good-sized lamb chops.

2 cups tamarind water
3 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground coriander

Marinate the meat for at least 5 hours, or overnight, turning itseveral times. Just before you are ready to start cooking, preparea sauce with the following ingredients:

2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sate powder or ground roast peanuts (optional)
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter.

The traditional way to cook the meat is to grill it on a spit overa charcoal fire, which takes a long time if you are grilling thewhole sheep in one piece. There is no reason, though, why a legor shoulder should not be spitted over charcoal in a barbecue.When the meat is half-cooked, score it deeply with a knife, brushit well with the sauce, and continue cooking until the meat istender. The whole process is likely to take up to 2 hours.

There is, of course, an easier, less picturesque method, whichgives just as good results. Preheat your oven to 350F and roastthe lamb for 80 minutes (less if you are using chops). Score thejoint deeply, brush it with the sauce and grill it, turning it overand brushing it with sauce several times. When the meat is nicelybrowned all over, it is ready to serve.NOTE: To make tamarind water, soak 1 tbsp dried tamarind in 3 tbsphot water. Strain. Substitute lemon or lime juice.

Resepi Beryani Kambing!! Mmm...Sedapnye...

Lamb briyani rice (Briyani kambing)

Ingredients:40g onions6g pandan leaves (screwpine)70g vanaspati (vegetable ghee)small cinnamon stick1 star anise5g young ginger5g garlic1/4 tsp fennel seeds (jintan manis)1.5 litres water900g rice240g trimmed lamb rack1 tsp turmeric powder1/2 tsp black peppercorns18g saltpinch of saffron1 1/2 tsp water66g milk15g spring onions15g Chinese celery93g tomatoes21g carrots
Method:

1. Peel and slice onions. Wash and fold pandan leaves.
2. Heat vegetable ghee and saute cinnamon and star anise. Add sliced onions.
3. Peel and chop garlic and ginger. Add to vegetable ghee and continue frying. Add pandan leaves and stir well until the garlic is golden brown.
4. Add fennel seeds. Fill up with water and bring to boil.
5. Wash rice well.
6. Slice lamb into equal chops. Marinate lamb with turmeric powder and pepper.
7. Add rice to the water, add lamb chops and salt and mix well.
8. Bring to the boil and reduce heat. Let it simmer while covered over low heat until rice is almost cooked.
9. Dissolve saffron in water. Just before rice is cooked, add saffron and milk and mix well.
10. Wash and slice spring onions and celery into 5cm sticks. Wash and cut tomato into wedges. Peel and cut carrot julienne. Add all vegetables to the rice.
11. Stir well and serve immediately.
